Q: Who will be in my home or office?
A: Your “AZM Cleaner” – every time! We believe you should have a rapport with the people coming and going from your office or home on a regular basis. That’s why we assign a designated “AZM cleaner” (or team of “AZM cleaners”) to the care & cleaning of your property. This way you know who is there.
Q: Does someone have to be here and if not, how do you get in?
A: The question you are asking is entirely up to you AZM Cleaning Services LLC is a fully insured and bonded company so your home and or business is safe in our hands.
Q: Are you bonded and insured?
A: Yes, we are bonded for $10,000. We are also fully insured.
Q: How are fees calculated?
A: All fees are calculated based on each client’s specific needs and cleaning services. AZM Cleaning Service prides itself on offering competitive, usually below market, rates for residential, commercial and real estate customers. A free estimate is submitted upon a thorough inspection of each property and meeting with the homeowner(s) or principle decision maker(s) at the place of business.
Q: Do I need to provide anything?
A: No, AZM Cleaning Services provides all cleaning products, supplies and tools of the trade.
Q: Do you wash the windows?
A: AZM Cleaning Services cleans windows for an additional fee please call our office at 207-282-5929 for additional information.
Q: Do you do any additional tasks?
A: Yes AZM Cleaning services will never deny additional work however there may be extra costs to these tasks please call our office for more details.
